gETTING STARTED
SERVICES PRIOR TO OPENING
Your Project Manager will help you with everything you need to know to successfully launch your business. You will have finished everything, including selecting a business name, developing a company brand and logo, and designing a website. Additionally, we help with registering your business with your state and local county, establishing a relationship with a software vendor, hiring employees, and all other necessary steps prior to launching your business!
LAUNCHING & TRAINING
The training programs range in length from three to ten days. You will learn the ins and outs of the medical staffing industry during this process. Our Senior Consultants will work with you to develop a thorough business plan. During this time, we will train you on everything from recruitment and sales to credentialing candidates and putting together client contracts.
GIVING OUR ONGOING SUPPORT
You should have confidence in your own abilities by this point, as well as the tools and resources required to run your business. You will, however, require assistance in some aspects of day-to-day operations. Your experienced consultant will be available to you at all times as part of our ongoing support service program. We intend to stay involved for the foreseeable future. We offer advice, direction, planning, and new resources to assist you in growing your business into a larger enterprise.
